  • Deposit : Fixed deposit of £100 required at the time of booking 
  • Cancellations & cleaning: Fixed deposit will be retained if cleaning is not carried out in a satisfactory manner.
  • The deposit will be retained if booking are not cancelled within the terms and conditions hire
  • Any damage that occurs during the hire period must be paid for.
  • Any complaints must be reported to the Centre Manager within seven days
